Grace Hill Media Thou Shalt Laugh 2: The Deuce, DVD

Yes, clean can be funny, and this hilarious performance proves it! Recorded before a live audience, comedic genius Tim Conway; SNL alum Victoria Jackson; internationally known comics Bone, Taylor Mason, and Thor Ramsey; and new kid on the block Dan Nainan will blow you away with their perfectly timed delivery and sidesplitting routines. Rated "G" for great family viewing! Approx. 90 minutes.

The ventriloquist was the only performance that was of great quality. The rest were pretty average. I guess for your kids to have decent humour without vulgarity and some Christian influence this is ok. I prepared myself to roll with laughter but only just smiled and chuckled here and there - bit disappointing.

"laughter doeth good like a medicine" There were lots of smiles during this dvd, but there were at least three good belly laughs, I couldn't wait to share it with a friend who was in need of uplifting. She loved it and has shared it again with others who needed a dose of God's medicine of laughter.

I only really laughed through one person--Victoria Jackson. The others didn't really make me laugh-just smile.

I love Christian comedy and I have seen several of these on other DVDs and love them. I did not like this DVD and felt like it went too far and crossed too many lines for me. I would give it a 0 star rating if I could. Threw it away after we wasted our time watching it and rarely laughed.

It's refreshing to listen to someone make you laugh without worrying that it isn't appropriate for children.

I just wanna say that I really enjoyed this DVD! The stand up was great! Especially Taylor Mason! The only comedian that I didn't care for was Victoria Jackson. But everybody else was great. Good Christian comedy. Good family viewing!

Very funny. There was some racial humor and a few sexual innuendos which made me question the "G" rating because young children may see this as acceptable humor at their level. For myself and my my teenage children it was very entertaining.

It was quite good, until the ventriloquist started his phone call with God. It was sheer blasphemy. We threw the whole DVD in the garbage.

We were disappointed that Tim Conway was not more prominent in this DVD. We bought it thinking he was the main star. Some of the comics were not that funny and/or more secular but it was o.k.

Didn't like this at all. Very secular. My husband and I didn't laugh at all. We were hoping for some Christian funny, non-mocking fun...there was none of that. Save your money.

We had a "Day of Laughter" with our seniors at church. This standup comedy was a hit! Everyone enjoyed the puns and there was a lot of laughter! We tried something new for a program and it was perfect!

This DVD is GREAT! My husband and I watched this video with a group of our friends and our kids. We were all laughing out loud, trying to catch our breath, and wiping the tears from our eyes. I highly recommend it.

This is a GREAT DVD! Good for the whole family! Tim Conway is a great host and my favorite comedian was Taylor Mason and his puppets. He stole the show! Buy this DVD if you are looking for a good laugh and some fun entertainment :)
