Concordia Publishing House The Lord's Supper

(PUBConcordia)The Lutheran position of "real presence" mediates between the Catholic vision of transubstantiation and the Anabaptist position of simple memorial. Chemnitz quotes extensively from the early church fathers to buttress his conclusions. A classic defense of this major Reformer's views. 302 pages, hardcover.
