I watched this movie on TCT and thought it was great. Well, the acting could use a little work but I really liked the story line. I also like that it was clean with no foul language.

I was very pleasantly surprised! I don't usually expect too much from an acting perspective from lower budget films, but this one is an exception. Great cast. Great message for teens and adults alike.
Particularly memorable was the sweetness of the hero and heroine's date at the aquarium. It also helped me to "see" from the perspective of a blind person--something to which I have had very little exposure.
I would think that this movie would also be loved by the families and friends of the visually impaired. My guess is that the visually impaired would enjoy listening to it, as well! Just a thought.

The sad thing is this could have been such a good DVD. It explained salvation clearly which I really appreciated. The two pieces which are not good are: 1. the heroine who was a believer dressed immodestly and 2. Wren went out with Soli and he wasn't a believer. The Bible teaches that a believer should not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever. Overall I would not show this to teenagers as I like good role models in the characters who are the main protagonists.

I first want to say I LOVED this movie. I would categorize it as a “Christian Teen Drama”. There is a bit of romance, comedy, and joy.
Soli thought he had his life all planned out until an accident caused his life to turn upside down, in more ways then one. We get to see Soli realize that life isn’t what we make it. We can make plans in our life but if they aren’t God’s plans for us He will lead us in the right direction. Soli is brought together with a professor who tells him about fate and how he had met his wife and that maybe there is something he is to find though his problems with seeing right-side up. Soli realizes that maybe this is why he meet a blind girl named Wren. Slowly Soli & Wren fall in love. But most importantly Wren shows Soli her true love, God. After a visit to church a major change occurs in Soli’s life and he starts to see the work of God more clearly in his life. Soli asks Jesus into his life and also prayers for clarity on what he is to do in his life, follow what everyone else wants him to do or follow his heart.
I love how this movie shows me that life isn’t what we make it but that when we trust in God we will go down the paths “perfect” for us. Our life may not always be easy but we are never alone. Wren told Soli many times that she was not afraid because she knew she was never alone with God in her life.
As for the quality of the movie. I could see this being showed in the theater, the acting was real and believable. My only problem was there were some microphone issues throughout the film, which for me was distracting, but may not be noticeable to others.
This movie is totally worth buying and watching with your friends and family.

High school senior Solomon White (Randall Bentley, "Heroes") has everything that any boy his age could want, a great athlete, great looking girlfriend, nice car, a three potential scholarships to go to some of the tops schools like the Navy, Brown, and Harvard. So when his anger gets the best of him during a lacrosse game in which a recruiter from the top colleges are watching, Solomon has one of the worst accidents he could imagine. He is knocked unconscious on the field. When he awakens in the hospital, he finds that instead of just vertigo and the occasional double vision, he is know seeing his world, upside-down literally. When his doctors tell him its a highly unique situation, Solomon is forced to see more than his life in a different way. All his possibilities that were in his reach are now up for grabs. His vision changes when he meets Wren, whose faith in God teaches him that what he sees isn't necessarily what God has in store for him. Wren is blind and it's through her help, he begins to see this challenge isn't an end for him and his dreams but merely a way of seeing things through different eyes.I received this wonderful new family DVD compliments of Propeller and Provident Films for my honest review. I can't express enough how this will change how you view your world and the storms and trials we all face. It's only with God's help that things can change in ways we never imagined. I would rate this DVD a perfect 5 out of 5 stars for pure inspiration and way for a family to enjoy an evening together.
