Fantastic learning tool. We are using this in our worship team to grow. The approach that Paul takes helps each contributor in the team see their role, where to add and where to fade back.

Paul Baloche and his worship band do a great job of sharing both their heart for leading the people of God into worship and practical tips about how to move through a "journey" of worship smoothly. After more than 15 years as a worship leader, I was able to gain both instruction and inspiration. I laughed as they demonstrated what NOT to do, and I was touched when Paul Baloche became emotional about what a privilege it is to lead people into worship. I'm planning on sharing this with my worship team at church!
