Vision Video The Intruder

The Barton's happy family life is disrupted by a visiting intruder and their home is forever changed. Mom and Dad. A son and two daughters. Respectable, stable, religiously committed. The Bartons were an ideal Christian family. But their comfortable suburban existence is thrown into chaos when cousin Kevin comes to live with them and everyone's patience and character are tested to the limit. Here is a youth adventure that takes head on the tough questions: How to get along when things do not go our way? What happens when people of different backgrounds invade our lives? How do you live by our convictions when all you treasure most is at risk? There are no easy, sugar-coated answers. This is family life with the typical problems most families face and what it means to struggle and respond to these problems as Christian believers. The Intruder is the first in a series of youth adventure films that explores the problems of growing up from the lovely English village of Bledlow Ridge. The series is directed by Mike Pritchard, acclaimed for his outstanding youth productions Treasures in the Snow and Tanglewood's Secret. In color with an approximate running time of 58 minutes.
