Not at all what I was expecting after reading reviews.
I did not find this movie edifying or helpful.
It showed the same depravity in human hearts that we see every waking moment, but it made the Bible appear weak in its ability to react to the sin in this world. I'd never watch this movie again.

THIS WAS A THOUGHT PROVOKING SCENARIO.
TIMOTHY CHEY IS A DIRECTOR TO WATCH IN THE FUTURE FOR THE INSIGHTFULNESS OF HIS SCRIPTS AND HIS ABILITY TO DRAW OUT OF THE ACTORS, THE ABILITY THEY HAVE WITHIN.
IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO HAVE AN INTERVIEW WITH TOM SIZEMORE IN THE EXTRAS.
STAND OUT PERFORMANCE, I THINK, WAS BY PAULA JAI PARKER, AS 'TATIANA' - HER DIAGOGUE SEQUENCE WAS WELL SCRIPTED AND DELIEVERED.
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Produced by an Ivy League 'grad.', the film is very educational, kept my interest, and gives a strong moral lesson by evoking strong emotions, but is not overtly Christian. It does underline the importance of forgiveness and love over hate and greed....A deep thinker's story, filled with tough questions about the World's biggest problems and the reasons they are cycles unbroken....There is a brief presentation of Biblical apologetics ('reasons why') the God of the Bible must exist and we are redirected from the symptoms (ie.: 'the World's problems'), to ourselves, 'mankind'. But avoided is the actual root (like alot of preaching today), the word 'sin', an inborn spiritual disease and It's ultimate outcome, eternal separation from our truly loving Creator, the Trinity, in a place of torment, Hell....Asked is the question,'why are we here and why are'nt we always moral creatures?', but the viewer is left to find the Answer ( who is, of course, at least according to the Bible, Christ Jesus, forgiveness and transformation through His Cross). ...PG for implied, but not used mild cussing (3X), (there is a cuss word in the special features/interview section); mild violence and blood (not gratuitous, though); adult themes; and film footage of World tragedies. ...Fair production (good for an independent project). Some truly great acting (Tom Sizemore as the lunatic and a few others), some others just believable. ...Also added were a few tough riddles reminiscent of the insane Riddler from Batman. It's worth the discount price if you're attracted to any of the above. : )

The movie was good, but the script had a few weak points. I do believe that it made some very good points and will make the viewer think about why things continue to be the way they are in this world. I liked the movie and will be watching it again.

We managed to view about a third of the video. Poorly acted, poorly executed. Good premise with no real story. Just a guy giving out facts for these folks to answer. Would not recommend.

This is a Tim Chey film and is a great movie that makes a person think about the World's problems and what really matters in life which is a relationship with Jesus Christ.

I watched this movie with my mother and two kids (ages 12 and 14). We ended up pausing it multiple times throughout the movie to stop and discuss points being made. It was a great way to hear my children's thoughts and discuss difficult topics. Very thought-provoking, although the end was just a tad disappointing, only in that a stronger message could have been given. Yet, it's definitely a worthwhile Christian film that explores significant and deep topics.

I loved the woman in this movie who proves God exists. She uses the most effective proof of God's existence I've ever heard from the podium or from a movie. This film was really magnificent in every way. I'm still thinking about i!

THe immenent destruction of Washington D.C. and a group of highly intelligent people come together to bring a good family thriller.
Although there is little in the way of scriptual references, the questions that are asked and the actions of the characters bring the tale around to what is important.

Book smart, street smart, heart smart. Gifts from God come in different ways and in different packages. Makes you think, "do I have what it takes to make a difference in the world?" Makes you question why people behave towards each other the way that they do and why we let others do things that we don't really agree with to us. How will you use your God given gift of thinking in your lifetime? Also, who really is the "lunatic" in this movie?!? :o)

My husband and I enjoyed this movie very much. It's amazingly true that if EVERYONE looks to themselves to become a better person (using the Bible as the ultimate guideline) then we could solve most of the world's problems.
A must see!

The movie raises a lot of good subjects to get your mind thinking about how this world is. But, the thing is...you don't have to be a genius to answer some of the questions they raise in the movie. The movie has some apologetics in it. It mentions God as the true meaning of life. But, the ending was disappointing because it seemed as if Christ and salvation was not mentioned. The character who narrated at the end said to look within ourselves to find out who we are; but, that is not where you are going to find salvation. That is not the meaning of life. You find salvation outside of yourself. Christ does the saving. HE is the meaning of life. He calls all to repent and believe in Him since we all have done wrong. Christ came to die for all our sins. And, I believe that the movie truly downplayed and neglected that truth.

Subject was good but the characters were too diverse with their personal problems to make it work well.
Quality of CD was poor. It stopped several times and by skipping ahead we were finally lost as to the ending.
In defense of CBD they did send us another CD at no cost.

I didn't really know what to expect since I'm not one to watch thrillers, however my fam and I watched this movie together and I thoroughly enjoyed it I love the underlining message about the petty things we think are important here in America. The ending was excellent loved it!!!!
