Christiano Film Group Unidentified, DVD

(Redland, TX) Randy Mitchell, age 38, encountered a UFO last evening while driving home on a back highway. Mitchell claimes a large cloud hovered over his vehicle, drove him from it, and abducted him.

Keith (Jonathan Aube) and Brad (Josh Adamson), two reporters from a national magazine are sent to investigate because their editor wants to do a story on the controversial subject of UFOs. One thinks they are a hoax, one thinks something is out there. What transpires becomes a quest to prove the other guy wrong. Are UFOs real? A hoax? Is there an explanation? From Rich Christiano, the Director of Time Changer, and with a cast that includes Grammy award-winning singer Rebecca St. James in a supporting role, Unidentified is a thought provoking film about the UFO phenomenon. Interesting theory, a bit pushy at times.

Have you ever wondered if aliens and UFO's are real? Have you heard others swear they've seen UFO's or have been abducted before? Are you a Christian wondering if any of this talk is biblical? Whether any of this is the case for you or not, you might like to see the movie: Unidentified. This Rich Christiano film is a Christian based movie which addresses the topic of UFO sightings. I am a bit mixed up on this film as there were things I agreed with, but some things within the movie I didn't like very much either...
Unidentified is about a magazine called Two Sides. Several of their reporters are currently investigating multiple UFO sightings. The magazine is called Two Sides, because the company purposely has journalists investigating a topic through two different view points; seems kind of a cool idea since most media nowadays is slanted to only one view-point lol. One side is led by an Australian accented Atheist (say that three times fast lol) named Brad and the other side is the co-team of Darren and Keith. Brad thinks the UFO sightings are a big hoax, Darren thinks they are a Satanic distraction, and Brad is uncertain about things and wants to investigate further before making up his mind. Just what will these reporters uncover through these multiple investigations... will they see aliens?
One thing I liked about the movie: Unidentified is that they do present an interesting theory about some UFO sightings. I actually do believe it's entirely possible some of the UFO sightings people have claimed to have seen in the past could actually be Satanic distractions and red herrings, although to be fair I don't know if I can honestly say that for all of the past "sightings"; some could be government hoaxes for all I know. One thing I didn't like about Unidentified, however, is that although Darren was right about much of what he spoke of, I do feel he was a bit pushy about it at times like when Brad, Keith, and he spoke with the teenage girl. Another thing I didn't like is although I liked a bit of the acting, Brad in particular was pretty good, I felt the way the movie went wasn't the most realistic. One instance in particular is it just seemed way too easy for Darren and Keith to successfully evangelize to the mechanic; but maybe that's just my experience... Another thing I liked about this movie though is the camera work and special affects were not bad for a low-budget film. All in all, this isn't the greatest film out there and no you won't see any aliens, but it does make you think...

Three aspects of this film were quite disappointing. (1) The notion that UFOs cannot be actual extraterrestrial visitors displays narrowmindedness. (2) The forcefulness of the witnessing bordered on being obnoxious. (3) The event at the end of the film SHOULD have turned out to be the real deal!

ABsolutely outstanding!!! This movie may very well be a glimpse of the future on earth. Believers and unbelievers alike will be asked to examine what they believe about something very important.

This is an amazing and 'not-to-be-missed' movie. The occult, sorcery, etc. are self-destructive (Revelation 22:15) and propagated by Satan who is the father of lies. (John 8:44.)"And no wonder, for even Satan masquerades as an angel of light." - 2 Corintihians 11:14.

I love this movie. Great Christian movie entertainment for family and friends. I wish we could see more Christian movies with biblical principals and application to daily life. I look forward to watching all of Rich Christiano's movies (watch Time Changer) and other christian movies which provide the viewers answers on a biblical perspective. No usage of profanity or blasphemy here. Clean scripts for all ages to enjoy. No "B", "F" or other evil offensive words spoken here. Most importantly, No taking of the Lord's name in vain. You won't see this in 99.99% of Hollywood pagan movies. Enjoy and grow in the Lord with His word in practical life situations. Great entertainment for the short life God has given us on earth.

This is undoubtedly one of the very best movies I have ever seen and especially Christian movies. I think some will maybe miss the meaning of this film and not find the "real truth" that lies within and the lies and deception wrought by satan and how it's part of his plan to hide the truth about the rapture when it happens VERY SOON ! Please show this to all those who you love dearly. May GOD Bless those who made this !

I was very excited to see this movie. Being a Christian film about UFOs, I was expecting to hear about Genesis 6, sons of God, Nephilim, etc., but there was nothing like that here. In fact, there really was not enough about the UFO phenomenon at all. It started out promising, but quickly digressed from investigating the UFO incidents to an interoffice debate about being saved or not. I think it is important to include the message of salvation in Christian entertainment; however, this movie did not live up to its billing. Also, I think the end "joke" was very cruel and distasteful. Maybe someday they will make a movie of Lynn Marzulli's "Nephilim." For a Christian perspective on UFOs, Chuck Missler is a much better resource.

Honestly, I didn't expect this movie to be this good. I watched it with my two sons ages 9 and 10 and all 3 of us couldn't stop watching. We really got into it and after it was over, we all said that we LOVED it! This movie really made me think and realize just how clever and deceiving Satan can be. This is a very, very good movie and should be shown in all churches.

My husband and I really loved the movie. It opened up my eyes to somethings concerning UFOs and would recommend this movie to all. We loved the ending but I wonder if it would have been more effective if the joke turned out to be the truth . WOW!!!!

I have to say that this was one of the best movies that I have seen in a while. It is without a doubt from the Bible, no question. I also thought that the acting was just fine, just because they are not well known doesn't mean that they can't act. I thought that it was about time to finally expose satan and his demons for what he really is and how he works. People that have problems with this movie is just like the guy in the movie who didn't believe either, but just read the Bible its all there. I was very impressed with this movie, great job to all involve, keep up the good work.

This is a great movie with some great actors. I bought copies for family members for Christmas that don't know the Lord because This movie presents the gospel to them in a way that they can understand.

I really enjoyed the movie. It is my hope that more Christ centered movies will receive funding so that some of the technical(F/X) angles will get more attention. Also while the acting was pretty good overall some performances were not so smooth. Overall it presents the gospel well and is a good resource if you can get a non believer to watch it it may make them think. I pray my church and others get the chance to show it. God bless!

I enjoyed this movie very much and would recommend it to anyone who finds the subject matter interesting. The role of Brad was played a little over the top for me but the ending made up for this slight disappointment. And it does have a really good surprise ending. I would have liked to seen the phenomenon explored a little deeper but maybe Mr. Christiano is saving that for a sequel. I also though Rebecca St. James was wonderful and hope to see her again on DVD.
