Pilgrim's Progress went beyond my expectations. Even though it was fiction I felt the story was very close to what the Bible says. It brought out moral issues that all of us has had to deal with and I found myself urgeing Christian to make the right decision. I would recommend it for most ages. Parents should view it first to determine if some of the parts would be too scary for their children.

If I could have seen a trailer on this, I would never have purchased the dvd, was not worth the cost of shipping, let alone the cost of the dvd! I give it Zero stars, not at all recommended.

It is not the movie or something related with the Pilgrims progress is just a John Bunyan biography and some additional comments.

Was very disappointed with this dvd. I thought this would be a dramatization rather than a narrative. Narratives tend to be boring. I read Bunyan's biography and it was more fulfilling than this narrative.

i enjoyed learning about John Bunyan, his history, the pictures and places where he lived and taught and was in prison. a good reminder of what we should remember as those who take the study of scripture seriously , of what our fathers in the faith went through, and how they lived for God's glory and the truth of the text and many died to keep true to The Lord and His Word. a very good, although brief overview of the life of the author of Pilgrim's Progress. A great resource to integrate into your studies for Christian homeschooling families!
