Is is a one page per DVD session guide. Simple sumary of the DV content that you can do without since you have to read and study the book to lead.

Note that this is for the video curriculum! I must have missed that and couldn't see it on the cover of the picture. I was looking for something to go along with the book, not the video. The video has a different reading curriculum and does not mimic the book...it has its own study guide to follow. So this book wasn't helpful to me at all, I am going to return it.Looks like it may be really good direction for the video series though...

I discovered that this book is more for the video curriculum, but we were able to use some of the ideas for our Bible study of "A Woman after God's Own Heart" book.
