My Children's Church class loved this video. It was funny and entertaining. It really got the message of Jesus across to the kids but in a fun way that they could understand. It held their attention better than most videos.

I was very much looking forward to adding this movie to our church library but was sadly disappointed in it's content. I felt the age range was incorrect and that it was much more suitable for ages 4-7ish. The first 10 mins of the story only show stuffed animals looking for Easter eggs. I was hoping for a simple effective gospel message as the story of the cross was presented, but the focus was on Jesus performing miracles. The jealousy of the priests was shown as the reason for the crucifixion and Jesus dying for our sins is barely mentioned. His death and ressurrection take us about 3-4 minutes of the entire 27. If you're looking for a story that focusses on Christ's death, resurresction and our need for Him, look elsewhere.

I was very impressed at how this story was portrayed to young viewers. My 4 year old granddaughter really enjoyed this movie: she laughed, watched very closely and was shocked when they said ("we must stop him" (Jesus))! Next morning she asked to watch it again!!
