Baker's Book appears beautiful. The binding and pics and everything are great! It was even recommended in Christian Mag. Ads. What is wrong is the information within it's pages....ERROR after ERROR. I spent hours searching for correct answers to misquotes or dumb questions from Baker. (and I have only gone through the Book of Genesis). Maybe he is too intent on the NIV version of the Bible as he likes to quote it. I use the KJV. * Why ask why Jacob is called Israel.......God is the one who gave him this name when he wrestled with him in earlier chapters. * Why question Joseph's lavishing attention on Benjamin over his other brothers. Benjamin and Joseph had the same parents (full brothers) and Benjamin had nothing to do with the sale of Joseph years earlier. * And there was the problem with Sarah never seeing Iassc after he was a youngster according to Baker. I wish I could return this book but I have had it too long. Very expensive and not very helpful. If you truly study the Bible I do not recommend this book. Nancy

"The Baker Illustrated Bible Handbook" is such an attractive and beautiful book, I just had to try my hand at providing a video review.
