This book is very encouraging and motivating as we are using it as a tool to assist in a paradigm shift from being isolated to being radically evangelistic. Good to learn new insights, as well as the voices that reinforce prior teachings.

This book is fantastic. It should be required reading by every person in church leadership at least once every three years. And don't get caught up in the "well I don't agree with this... blah, blah, blah." The authors are telling you what has worked for them. The very fact you're reading the book would seem to indicate that what you're doing isn't working. These two pastors have a positive track record. They both pastor RCA churches, however, nearly everything they write is transferable to most any Christian church--Protestant or Catholic.
