Review 1 for Preparing Couples for Marriage: A Guide for Pastors for Premarital Counseling

I was very disappointed in this book. Where I expected insights from the Word of GOD I got standard psychobabble. The book hardly mentions the bible, except at the very end, where it gives a list of scriptures and each of the couple pick two and read them then write what it means to them. The book is frankly amateurish. Half of the book is questionnaires that the couple fills out; which ironically is it's one saving grace as a couple of these may be usable with some tweaking. All in all I would call the book a great buy, if it were selling for $5.
