Even though it originally was published in 1943, this is a very powerful book. It brings forth of how important the blood of Jesus Christ is. Should be on book shelves and read by followers of the Trinity, to have a solid foundation on the blood. Also, book was in new condition, and delivery was very quick.

This book helps the believer understand how beautiful, magnificent, complete and perfect the Word and the Work of God is!Even for the unbeliever this book is a blessing. Its a book I constantly recommend! And everyone has been touched by it.Dr. DeHaan will open your eyes to one more reason why God must be Glorified to the fullest.In my view it an amazing and beautiful series of facts to discover.

This is an incredible insight and combination of science and theology. Especially as he explains the Trinity through the Chemistry of Light. And the trinity of man as created in God's Image, body, soul and spirit,in the Chemistry of the Blood. This was originally written in 1943. It would be interesting if it could be updated to 2008!

Mr. DeHaan is masterful in the manner he presents the truths of the blood's composition. While he is not overly technical he delivers a wealth of medical information which is truly a blessing. Consider "The Chemisty..as a yearly reader, it will most definitely solidify your faith in Christ' amazing virgin birth.

A series of sermons which I totally appreciate. Very thought provoking and provides an amazing connection to how our physiological bodies function and then a connection in how we respond to life when we do not look to GODs word for both our physical and emotional health. The author says "divine remedy for man's awful illness of sin".

I have wanted to read this book for a few years. Published in 1943 it will seem 'out of date' with our current world order. This writer helps me find words to respond to what is being pushed as progressive lifestyles which I struggle to 'accept'; (even refuse to) because I believe our God is Perfect. The lost in our current society leave me sick of heart with how to help them. Such as, does a person need anti depressants or do they need to deal with the 'situation ie: Sin of life choices or un-reconciliation that is eating them up in mind and/or body. This book gives me new words to share with a person who may be suffering in their life.

The use of King James translation is my only reason for a 4 star although fits the era of the book perfectly.
