Having spent a lot of time and money searching for a consistent, reliable method of studying my Bible, I now realize that all I really needed was this 6 volumn commentary and my Bible. By reading the commentary first and then reading my Bible, the meaning of each chapter and verse seems to jump right off the page. This set of commentaries is a "must have" for anyone who is serious about obtaining a full and accurate meaning of their Bible reading.

I ordered Wiersbe's Bible Exposition Commentary as an early Christmas gift for myself. I've been wanting it for years and could not resist the great price that was offered.
I am SO pleased with this commentary set! Wiersbe speaks in plain language to explain all parts of the Bible. Not only does he explain the difficult parts, but he gives a new perspective on parts I thought I knew through and through.
I have been using another commentary that I love by an older pastor/teacher and sometimes his language is archaic and hard to muddle through. But Wiersbe has a modern approach with fresh insight and perspective in easy-to-understand language and context.

I enjoy reading the commentary books. Its a good tool for bible study as it contains so much information and 'nuggets'. I like to detailed expository background of the passages and its life changing! I really enjoy reading my bible now with so much understanding! Thanks to this commentary books!

GREAT BLESSING
When this bible study became an addition to my son's library, I was curious to look at it. Warren Wriesbe's style of writting in a simple, and plain language brings so much insight into the Word of God that even the simple minded could grasp the meaning of it. Later, I decided to make it a gift to my husband on his birthday. He loves it very much, and I find him constantly refering to it as he goes through his bible study. It is a great blessing, and a must have.

I love to read my chapter in the Bible and then go to Dr. Weirsbe's commentary. He gives insight into so much of the Scripture that I feel I understand more of the Word of God.

I used these books right after I received them in preparing for a sermon on Habakkuk. The material was well presented. For me, the quality of the books, the covers, the paper, and the binding is really top notch (although I am not an expert.) I know I will be using this set for many years in the Lord's service.

This series was originally recommended to me by a friend who was familiar with Warren Wiersbe. While I have a couple of very good study Bibles, I have learned additional information from Mr. Wiersbe's commentaries. His commentaries are very readable and very practical. I have recommended this to several friends and would wholeheartedly recommend it for those who want to have a deeper understanding of their Bible readings.
