This is exactly the bible I was looking for! It is simple, and easy to read. It is also a nice size, and I take it with me everywhere.

Excellent pew Bible with one caveat: the section "How the Bible Came to Us" has a rather secular feel to it. While there is nothing grotesque in its general historical explanation, it does not emphasize the significance of "inspiration" (in fact, seems to miss what "inspiration" really means, i.e. "God-breathed", the Bible is THE word of God). The section reads more like a book review from a secular source about a secular book. Not out-and-out heretical, but feeble in conveying the divinity of Scripture.

We were very pleased with the bibles we ordered. We purchased them for our church in memory of my father. The congregation really appreciates the larger print, since we have some older folks in our church.
