I am new at shopping for video’s that just teach science or that are more creation theory based. I really only looked at the picture on the DVD and skimmed the description. If you are looking for a film on Mysterious Islands of the Galapagos with lots of film footage of the islands and shots of its inhabitants this is NOT it. You will see very little of the Galapagos Islands and the inhabitants. The camera instead is on the speaker Doug Phillips. They could have at least panned around the area more as he educated you on the theory of evolution and Darwin. His arguments for creation or intelligent design theory were poor or as my 8 year old said “not clear and did not stand out as strong as his explanation of evolution.” It would have been nice to see more of the islands and less of the speaker in the film. I am disappointed with a lot of the films that are creation based. We need more films like National Geographic minus the evolution agenda. They try to mix in to much apologetics into these films when my family just wants to see our Creator’s diverse nature around the world.

This is an excellent, must watch, DVD. It compares Creationism to the false belief system of evolutionism by going back to the Galapagos Islands were Darwin did his research for his book "On the Origin of Species". It traces the history of Darwinism and evolutionary thought to the destructive and horrorific consequences of such beliefs. It would be good for a family movie night for youth and parents. Christian teens that will soon head into the anti-Christian fray of secular universities will be well armed with both historical facts and endless examples in creation that can be used to refute the false belief system of Evolutionism and Darwinism.

Informative without being overbearing, would suit as a primer introduction for early teens onwards & has great photography and easy to follow commentary. Slightly lengthy to show in church, though has experts confirming that what is discovered supports creation not evolution.
