I absolutely love my Kjv cds. I almost bought 2 other sets until I listened to the readers. They were both highly recommended. One was so boring and could not hold my interest. The other one is top rated narrator and read so fast that I would miss parts of verses and just not have time to absorb what was being read. I almost gave up, but wanted to be able to listen to the kjv while I did my work around the house and during my quiet time in the evenings. I wanted to replace tv with Gods word and I wanted to fill my mind with scripture. I listened to Mr. McLean and knew I had found the perfect reader. He speaks slowly and precisely. He uses perfect tone and draws you in to what he is saying. I find myself absorbing more, learning more and listening more every day. I find the text has no errors and is very accurate and in line with the KJV bible that I own. The quality is perfect. I could not ask for the sound to be more clear or easy to understand. The cds are in perfect shape and the case is nice and I can take it along where ever I go. I highly recommend Mr McLean and the KJV Learners Bible on cd to everyone. For those who think they need another version of the bible to understand it, I highly recommend this cd set with Mr. McLean in the KJV. You will find yourself understanding more than you ever thought you would. This is perfect for yourself or as a gift.

I absolutely LOVE these CDs! Max McLean does an excellent job of bringing the Word of God to life! Just sitting quietly listening to and meditating on the inspired Word brings a new dimension of the work of the Holy Spirit. I highly recommend these CDs.

Love it. It has help my walk with God closer by just listening to it. While at work and even when I'm at home doing my housework I listen to it. Before I retire for the day, I will just played it. It is so beautiful to just listen to the Bible.
