Let me say that no one talks about the many physical, emotional and spiritual issues that occur during retirement.
It is now my belief that retirees are largely unprepared for the many issues of retirement. Financial preparation is only one of many aspects to be dealt with.
All soon to be retirees or current retirees should consider reading this book if they are having any struggle at all adjusting to retirement life.
I am a retired professional counselor and thought I was ready for retirement. However, I had false beliefs and some negative preconceived thoughts about getting old that began affecting my outlook and mood. This was completely unexpected.
This book has completely changed my thinking and I am thrilled to have a new positive outlook for the future. This book made the difference.
