New Leaf Publishing The True Story of Noah's Ark - Slightly Imperfect

One of the most stunning, unique and captivating books on the account of the Ark and the global Flood of Noah's day ever produced. Based on the account recorded in Genesis 6-9 in the Bible, the narrative is true to the biblical record and its timeline of events concerning Noah's flood, with added insight as to what it might have been like to be in Noah's shoes. This is not just a fantastic reading book for the whole family, but a coffee table witnessing book and a wonderful gift idea for non-Christians to challenge them concerning the truth of the Bible and the gospel. Recommended for ages 6 to 10.

This book has beautiful illustrations and is not your traditional picture book. It is full of a lot of information. We took several days to read it over the course of our week.
It fit in beautifully with the chapters we were covering in the Answers in Genesis' science book (Weather & Water) as we talked about pre-flood and post-flood climate.
I feel this book really helped my kids (and me) understand the flood better. My kids are ages 10, 7 and 4. They all enjoyed the book.
There are several diagrams/illustrations in the back that show how much time elapsed from Adam to Noah and how big the ark size is compared to a football stadium and volume compared to train boxcars. My 10 yo really enjoyed "seeing" the size of the ark related to something he knows.
