I haven't completely finished reading this book, but it is so very interesting. I'm interested in learning more about quilting and who doesn't love "old things". The stories of how they lived their lives in such unity and faith are a real blessing. I'm also intrigued by their ability to reach out to the community while at the same time earn a good living. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who likes a good read.

Most of the books I order are for my church bookclub that meets bi-monthly. I will be handing it out this month for our Nov discussion. However, I have gone through it and was very impressed with both the photographs and the text. It would also make a nice gift to someone interested in the subject.
