I like the information and the way John presents it. However, I think the background music doesn't do anything for the lesson, in fact, it detracts from the lesson.

Great book for both believers and those looking for answers. First book both myself and my wife read when we became followers of Jesus. Just reread it great review and simple to understand for new believers.

This book is great for new believers. It walks them through the Bible and explains what the Bible says. It addresses some lies that people hear from false teachers. It is also a good "refresher" for more mature Christians. Do you know what you believe? Do you know why you believe it? This book will solidify those things in your mind.

I enjoyed studying this book myself and I have been a Christian since childhood, which has been many years! A couple of years ago I gave it to a college student with whom I had contact. She knew nothing about the Bible but was seeking God. She became a Christian as a result of reading this book. She was so excited to learn about the story of the Bible. The gospel is well presented from Genesis to Revelation. It is an interesting read. It connected all the dots that sometimes are hard to understand. I heartily recommend this book to "old" Christians, "new" Christians, and those seeking the truth alike.
