During the 2011 Lenten season our youth participated in a fast from candy. The bands were used as a tool that reminded the youth of the fast when tempted to ingest candy during our fast period.
These bands also provided a reminder of the season and reason, not just bunnies and easter eggs but....Jesus' sacrifical gift to the world.
