I ordered this personalized friend amazing grace music box, thinking it was going to say To Karen, A friend is someone who reaches for your hand, and touches your heart, Love Lorraine, and when it arrived today, it's TOTALLY blank. Not even stick on letters for me to personalize it myself. Am sending it back to get my full refund. It's also very small, and you have to keep winding it to get the music to play. I thought once it was wound, it would play the whole song by itself. This product is a great IDEA, but just that, an idea. NOT satisfied at all, and this was my first time ordering from this website, not impressed. Plus it took 5 days to get and it's not even right.
