When this came in, I was a little surprised at how it's a bit darker in color than the picture and that the words "I carried you" had a gold, shiny outline around it. I don't mind but just a heads up for people who like lighter colors and don't like shiny-ness, it's not very very dark or anything. It doesn't leak and the inside doesn't smell like plastic like other mugs I've had where I can't get rid of the smell. The picture is a little weird at how it it just stops at one part and a different part of the picture shows but I understand that there's no other way. There's also a little part where you can hang a small charm or something on...cute :)
