While it is in excellent shape, I was a bit disappointed to learn the picture was a bit deceptive. The necklace may look like it has a stone in the center but it isn't. If this doesn't matter to you then I would highly recommend it because it IS beautiful and will serve the purpose of keeping my late friend in memory, but I was disappointed because I had thought there was a stone in the center of the necklace.
