One of a wife's deepest needs is love, and one of a husband's deepest needs is respect. When these needs aren't met, couples often enter what author Emerson Eggerichs calls the "crazy cycle" of conflict: When a wife feels unloved, she may react to her husband in ways that feel disrespectful to him; similarly, when he feels disrespected, he may react to his wife in ways that seem unloving to her. How can couples break this cycle? How can they avoid it in the first place? Listen in as Eggerichs and his wife, Sarah, offer insight and practical advice in a discussion based on his best-selling book, Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires, the Respect He Desperately Needs.

Excellent discussion and information about how to better communicate with your spouse. If every married couple read, understood and practiced this with love and committment, there would be far fewer divorces in the world today. Highly recommended for all couples wanting a better more loving relationship.
