I was so happy with this purchase - with two small disappointments - it was in an acrylic box and the coaster, although cork-backed, was cardboard. For gift gift wrapping and giving, I would have preferred a "real" box, and I was surprised with the coaster. But it is a beautiful mug, nice gift card and nice presentation. I would definitely buy it again!
