Used technics learned on my 4 yr. old grandson and they really worked. I also learned that I am a strong-willed person. Now I understand why my husband of 44 years can set me off so easily. Because it is how he presents issue when talking to me. Now I am able to discern what he is trying to convey rather then feeling offended at how his words come out and put up barrier.
