SamuriChristianbook.com5 Stars Out Of 5Realization of God's WillNovember 14, 2012SamuriChristianbook.comQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book to realize what is God's Will for humans. We use God for blame but we'll take any credit for good outcomes.
It is a realization of who we are and how we are. God gave us a good brain but often it is misused for our own greed, selfishness, and jealousy. The God's Will is nothing but good for us just as you wish for your own child. You can beautify your mind with this book. -
Jimmy GentryCarrollton, GAAge: 45-54Gender: male4 Stars Out Of 5November 20, 2009Jimmy GentryCarrollton, GAAge: 45-54Gender: maleUnited Methodist Pastor James C. Howard has done an excellent job in this work on God's will - a book, he says, he has been writing for "over twenty-five." This is why it is such a good treatment of God's will and the tough questions that often accompany it. Written in two parts, Howell challenges some of the conventional ways of approaching the will of God. Because he writes as a seasoned pastor and skilled communicator, James focuses on a relationship with God, since that is God's will. When the relationship is nurtured some of the hard questions of life can be explored without fear, realizing the questions may never be answered. At the end of each chapter, he offers some questions for discussion, which engages the reader more intimately. An excellent read for someone struggling with the "whys" of hardship. This is also a good book to study in a small group setting.
