Review 1 for Graffiti: Learning to See the Art in Ourselves - eBook
Very relevant to today's young women: It is more than just an outward/inner "light" beauty book. Particularly compelling is when the book delves into the link between our perception of ourselves and destructive behavior (Chapter 3, Walking on Broken Glass [Why What You Think Affects How You Live]). We are not left in the abyss and are reassured that the King is, indeed, enthralled with our beauty.

Excellent book for girls who are dealing with body issues and self esteem. Written by an author who has recovered from an eating disorder. Excellent thought provoking questions and areas to journal for the reader.
