The first lamb received had a bad music "chip" (-). It was replaced without question (+). The second lamb worked well but I was disappointed that the music sounds like one of those musical greeting cards (-).

Used as a baptismal gift, the material on the stuffed animal was soft and decent quality. It played the "Jesus Loves Me" tune, but the tune wasn't as soft and melodious as I had hoped. Worked well for my purposes, though.
