I bought this mug and coaster set as a gift for a friend who actually uses coasters with her tea mugs all the time. The mug is quite pretty, of standard cup size and I love how the verse is inside where you actually get to see it when using the cup. The coaster on the other hand was really disappointing. I don't even understand why they went to the trouble of including it though. It's not at all useful as a coaster because it's merely paper glued to a thin cork composite. It's also very small. It would be destroyed if you ever got it wet. So while I suppose it's technically a coaster, it functionally isn't a coaster since if you use it for it's intended purpose it would be destroyed. It's decorative enough, but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend this product if you are buying it because it includes coaster. I would recommend this if you are interested in a lovely tea cup of standard size. The matching journal, notebook and tumbler are all gorgeous, too!

I love the scripture in the mug and the print is pretty, however I was expecting a thicker mug. Still very pretty!
