Relaxing reading. Enjoyed the author writing. All stories were heartwarming. We should all be more in prayer during difficult times.

I read this book last semester when I was sick in the hospital and loved it. From the very beginning I was drawn into story and couldn't put it down because I wanted to know what happened next. It's flows nicely and gives nice descriptions so you can picture what's happening in your head and allows you to enter into the character's world.

This is a great book for a great price! It is hard nowadays to find that. Give it a try, for the price you can't beat it!

I really enjoyed this book! The first story, "Precious Burdens," is the best. I've re-read it multiple times and still always want to read it again! The second story closely connects with the same characters a few years down the road and is also very good. The third and fourth stories are slightly connected (generations later) and are good, though in my opinion they aren't as good as the first two stories. Still, overall this is an enjoyable read and well worth the purchase price. I love Cathy Marie Hake's books, and this is another winner!

I loved all of the books I ordered.......my only complaint is when there is more than one author in a book please list all the title contents turns out I had read of the books already and didn't know it because the actual story names were not listed

Great book. I really enjoy 4-in-1 books that have a connection from one story to the next. Cathy Hake is a favorite author.

Enjoyable read; would read more from this author; only dislike was the predictability, although there were a couple of slight twists here and there. I do recommend, though.
