I bought it for the value and the need for disciplship training for our small group. Randy Alcorn is a gifted teacher and I was delighted that the Holy Spirit directed me to this Bible Study. You will not be disappointed.

We ran this study last fall and all 15 that attended really enjoyed yet another one of Chip's excellent DVD courses. It was very easy to lead and provoked much good discussion and sharing. Would recommend it for both SS and small groups.

My Sunday school class will be completing session 10 next week and we will all be sorry that it is over. Chip Ingram makes us laugh and squirm almost within the same breath. Most importantly, he offers a practical guide to allowing God to work through us to overcome sin. The material is very well organized and Sessions 9 & 10 summarize while challenging the participants to get started and act on what they have learned. Chip speaks the truth in love; he's hits hard without making you angry with him. Participants have told me that they really look forward to each class. One of the best curriculum series we have used.

A great study from a gifted teacher/pastor. Chip Ingram is grounded in and teaches from the truth of God's Word. Especially beneficial for new believers.

This is an absolutely wonderful series. Chip Ingram's delivery is outstanding and he is able to put it into words that make the material unstandable by the newest Christians to those who have been Christian for years. There is something in this for everyone.

We are using this in our small group bible study and so far it has been awesome! The message from Chip is great and takes you right through the study guide. Then there are a couple of pages that really go deeper into what was discussed and ultimately brings your focus back to what God wants for your life. We are really enjoying it!!
