friedrice118Downingtown, PAAge: 18-24Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5why other reviews are biasedAugust 14, 2012friedrice118Downingtown, PAAge: 18-24Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5first, anointing oil should not be judged by the scent, that what perfume/cologne is for. Anointing oil is a specially prepared oil meant for special occasions. the "cheap logo" people are calling on this set only adds to its authenticity. it is not a sticker or a label but an old replica brass coin from Israel meant to represent that the oil is not cheap olive oil placed in a container. If you puncture rubber the seal the aroma will be lost even if cap is placed back on. You can still smell aroma in 2 of them but the third is still the same quality just a harder scent to contain. THEY ARE VERY SMALL because real anointing oil is not used in large amounts. one .5oz bottle can do a confirmation of 60 kids (i was an alter boy, i know, a dab of oil will do 5+ kids confirmation. THEY DO COME FROM ISRAEL, because there people dont care how old the emblem coin looks because they know it adds to the value. Lastly, the box, though small is still an impressive gift to give.
It comes with a small quote on top "Precious Treasures and oils are in a wise man's house". This is a bible passage from PROVERBS:21:20. You can take proverbs advice because it was written by King Solomon who asked God for wisdom instead of riches and was given both. -

Amy H5 Stars Out Of 5It's PerfectDecember 29, 2022Amy HQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This anointing oil kit looks just like the picture. The box and bottle are cute. Exactly the quality i expected for the price. Nothing fancy but practical. The kit I ordered ended up having 2 Frankincense and no Myrrh. I messaged Christian Book Store and let them know. I didn't ask for a replacement but they sent me one anyway. I appreciate there quick replacement also. I gave this kit too a friend who has a healing ministry.

CO WomanColoradoAge: 45-54Gender: female2 Stars Out Of 5Just not what I expectedApril 30, 2012CO WomanColoradoAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 3Value: 3Meets Expectations: 1I was going to give this as a gift, but it just seemed cheap when it arrived. 1 bottle was not marked at all, 1 bottle had a white round 'sticker' on it with the name of the oil and 1 had a nice emblem. 2 bottles were the same style bottle and 1 was smaller. It looked like they were taken from 3 different mis-matched sets. 2 of the oils smelled identical and 1 had very little smell. I guess the set is fine, but it's presentation just seems odd.
