Excellent book. I highly recommend. I've read a number of books on the subject of pain and suffering and Edith Schaeffer does a top job providing a biblical view of "affliction" as well as covering a number of subjects relevant for today's Church, and providing common sense answers for the inquiring Christian and the secular world. Do a loved one a favor and purchase this book for them before they are faced with the question of why bad things happen to good people.
