Actual product varies greatly from what is represented in the catalog. It is very "cheaply" made from balsa wood, looks like it would easily snap in two. Comes in two pieces that need to carefully be put together. Would have returned if it were not personalized.

I had to re-order this item because the information wasn't clear about the engraving. The product online shows the word "The" as being already engraved, so I tried to make something up to incorporate the word "The" in my message. When I received the item, the word "The" was not there. So I called and someone had to research the issue. I did receive a call the next day and was told that the word "The" was not pre-engraved. Then I had to change what I wanted engraved. The second order came out okay. I wasn't too pleased with the alignment of the engraed words, but it is still a nice keepsake that my Pastor husband gave to the church staff this Christmas.
