This is a good book for those who oversee the small groups ministry at their church. It gives great ideas for helping church members get involved in a small group. I recommend it to all small group pastors/directors.

A refreshing read on how to make the complex simple. To learn how this church moved people into the small group thought process to transform and to help people to become more like Christ. The stories in this book make it real. The questions will cause you to think and to evaluate where you aren and where you want people to go. Great book for every leader in a church that want to move peple to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
