Forty-five year old Kathleen Salerno decides that with a husband who works all the time and a daughter in college, a change of scenery is just what she needs. When her husband takes a three-month filming job in New Zealand, Kathleen steels herself for an Australian adventure. Unfortunately, she finds herself spending most of her time alone in a small bungalow with no clothes drier or car! I completed the book because I usually stick with a book to the end, but I wouldn't recommend this book. Am, however, donating it to a homeless shelter.

I love this book. It made me laugh to the point of tears, and made me cry. I have not read any of the Sisterchick books before. I will be reading them when they are discounted from now on though.
