Multnomah Books What Would Jesus Pray?: A Story to Change the World - eBook

Tyson is a modern-day teen who has a strange encounter with someone who's in immediate danger--but living exactly one thousand years earlier! Through a weird time contortion, he communicates with Stefan, a young warrior in training in the Middle Ages. Through dangerous circumstances, Stefan shows Tyson how to link up with an incredible source of strength. It all has to do with a Man named Jesus and the way He prayed.

Now it's your turn to enter into a spiritual adventure with real results. Let Jesus show you, and only He can, how to pray in a way that works. Recommended for ages 10 an up.

I purchased this book with my granddaughter in mind. However, I read it myself first. Sort of a preview. I really enjoyed the story. An interesting concept and lots of imagination. I really liked the lesson of praying like Jesus. We need to be reminded sometimes of these things.

This book was not what I expected but it provoked many thoughts and insights as to how things are connected and that what we as Christians are going through today has already happened to hose who have come before us. It also brought to light how much we take Christ and His death on the cross for granted.
