Crossroad In the Name of Jesus: Reflections on Christian Leadership

These reflections come out of his own openness to personal struggle and growth. He here recounts recent experiences at a L'Arche community for the mentally handicapped. His message lovingly conveys how his relationships with these broken people have so deeply touched him. Heart-warming and provocative.

This deceptively simple book takes us to the heart of Christian service and to some of the stumbling blocks servants, especially leaders, face. With humility, respect for other humans, and a deep understanding of our Savior, Nouwen gives us all a lot to think about and apply.

This is a great book, every pastor and church leader should read. Every person wanting to be in ministry or leadership should read this book. It teaches you how to put your heart, mind and body in the place where it needs to be in order to be a leader. That place is in fellowship with Jesus Christ. Great book. Read it!
