I was having some difficulties in my life, at home and at work. Self thoughts were tearing me apart. Reading the book saved me from the sins of the world with its biblical principles and teaching. I thank God that he led me to this book, it helped me understand why I was having anxiety issues which led to depression issues which led to anger issues. Through this book and the word of God I have made a 180 degree turn in my life.

Based on cognitive behavioral therapy principles and through the lens of Scripture, this workbook serves as a tool to assist the reader in renewing his/her mind. Without the aid of Scripture, the concepts used here would only bring about conditioned behavioral changes. With God's Healing Word, we have the keys to knowing that healing is possible this side of heaven for those who are broken-hearted, lost, angry or depressed.
