I was very pleased with this hat. I bought it as a gift for my pastor who loves to fish and he really liked it. It's sturdy - the distressed/already broken-in look makes it comfortable even as brand new. But the areas that look "torn" are well reinforced, so it should wear well and last a long time. This was a great purchase!
