Thirteen years ago this book was part of premarital counseling for my husband and me. We have often credited it with helping us start off on a very strong foundation. We now use the revised version to counsel other couples, and find that they also give it high marks for being realistic, funny, relevant and readable. I would recommend it to every engaged couple, and any married couple wanting to perform some good marriage maintenance.
