This book by James White touches upon many areas that are not covered in a Seminary education. It touches upon the practical side of Pastoring. We often get the intellectual, theological points down in our studies, but how do we handle the day-to-day areas of life in a church setting. I recommend this book to other Pastors - new and experienced. It has much to be gleaned.
