I had thought this would be a guide for those of us who find it difficult to say 'no' when asked to take on yet another activity that we have no time for - but it is so much more! After reading this book, I know two more women that are under the influence of controllers - they need to read this book! If you feel like you have no control over your own life, please be sure to pick up this book.

Excellent, I found it very helpful. It helped to open my eyes to somethings I wasn't aware of about myself.
