This is an easy read. Nice love story but rather predictable. I like Liz Curtis' work. I think this was her first novel. I liked a later one, "Book Ends" better and her Trilogy based on Jacob and Esau is excellent.

Great book. Liz Curtis Higgs is an excellent author. Her books have a lot of humor and are very entertaining and clean. After reading this book, I found myself wanting to buy all of her books that I didn't already own.
As always, Liz writes a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The characters are original, lovable and draw you closer to Christ as they endeavor to walk the walk. I was moved to both laughter and tears. This book is worthy not only of the reader's time but is also a great book to give as a gift.

Outstanding debut novel. The prose and setting are incandescent. The characters heart-warming and the ending satisfying. Highly recommended.
