I enjoyed this video. I have asked where do we go from here when our country is in such shambles. It takes you back to the beginning. What were the real thoughts of our fore fathers of this country. He gives a clear and precise direction and really gets to the heart of where we have went off track. Kirk did a great job. At some spots it seemed a little long but the content was compelling enough to keep you watching.

Historical truthful and relevant to the turn from apathy and the "someone else is responsible" attitude that permeates the society, even the "Christian" society that prevails today. We have gotten to the point of believing God will change the political society, through the authority of the White house, when the problem does not lie in that house, rather in our own houses.
To quote The Word of God from Isaiah 55:6-9 "6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

I thought it was an eye opener for me because of some of the opinions he shared. I loved the historic aspect of it because it reminds us that our nation has been a great nation since it was founded on the principles of the Word of God. I'm from P.R. (We are american citizens.) I considered myself blessed because I have two nations and one of them is the U.S.

I think this should be showed to everychild in school, maybe around 10th grade....That is History for you, the foundation of our Country.....This should be a mandatory video!!!!!

I loved this film. I encourage everyone to see it. It opened my eyes and allowed me to see how far this nation has deviated from our founders' original intent. It also shows how some key facts and documents have been overlooked thus contributing to the inaccuracies in our history.

I loved this movie. My whole family watched it (including 8, 10, 12 year old kids). It was very interesting. Awesome learning experience about the pilgrims. Must have for all homes.

This film is truly wonderful! I just finished watching it this morning, and immediately ordered another so I could share with family. I learned so much, and look forward to watching this film again to absorb more information. If you have heard that the Founding Fathers were not Christians, that our nation was built on the idea of "separation of church and state" or just want to know more about what motivated the Pilgrims to make the voyage to Plymouth...I highly recommend this film!

This is an excellent movie to understanding the beginnings of America's freedom, even before the Pilgrims arrived in North America. It also gives solid evidence as to why the first 150 years of settlement were based on Christian beliefs. It has been a great addition to our home school history classes.

I homeschool our 5th-grade daughter through the K-12 program (a public school system) and was looking for Christian material to supplement her secular U.S. History curriculum. I found this via a blog I follow and picked up a copy here - and I'm so glad I did! We learned so much about our founding fathers, and I greatly appreciate the intentional effort Kirk made to prepare his children for their futures by going back to the past to find out what worked in our history. Our child will one day be an adult in this new day and age of instability, of blurred lines, and of spiritual instability, and we want her to know that she, too, can fight for what is right and godly. She has watched this three times in the last month and is fascinated by the actions and behavior of the first pilgrim families.
