Unless your teacher requires you to get it - otherwise get the main book or the Inductive Study Bible and start digging for yourself. The workbook is not self-explanatory so you can't use it for private study.

The workbook is a perfect companion to apply the information learned in "How to Study Your Bible" by Kay Arthur. The exercises allow you to "practice" the inductive method while providing further insight into the method. Great learning tool.
